Levels of Care
Wyoming Recovery recognizes there is no one-size-fits-all treatment plan for addiction. Every case and every individual are different and deserve a customized approach. Our addiction treatment centers in Wyoming are adept at tailoring a level of care that fits each patient’s needs. Following a thorough assessment by a team of psychiatrists, physicians, and other addiction recovery program experts, we’ll determine whether inpatient or outpatient care would be more appropriate for the individual. Every treatment plan includes progression through some or all of the following levels on the path to recovery: detoxification, residential/inpatient, and partial hospitalization/outpatient care.
Alcohol & Drug Detoxification
Our drug and alcohol detox centers in Wyoming are equipped to monitor and support patients who experience significant withdrawal symptoms and administer medications when necessary. The goal of our detox centers is to help patients feel healthier and more focused on beginning their sobriety treatment. There is nothing to be gained by struggling through detox on your own. We can help you keep your drug and alcohol detox symptoms at bay through non-habit-forming medications and more. Detox is the first step to sobriety. Once you’ve overcome this phase of your path to recovery, you’re ready for our inpatient or outpatient rehab programs at Wyoming Recovery.
Inpatient Care for Drug & Alcohol Recovery
Wyoming Recovery’s residential/inpatient drug and alcohol rehab program offers around-the-clock access to medical and clinical care. Our 17-bed inpatient facility is licensed and accredited to provide high-quality, evidence-based treatment at an affordable price. Our licensed medical staff is affiliated with the Wyoming Medical Center to provide a comprehensive continuum of care. Our services include detoxification, treatment of withdrawal symptoms, and intensive outpatient support after your stay. Our staff also provides therapeutic and educational services in supervised, 24-hour residential housing.
When checking into our inpatient rehab program, you’ll need to bring your most recent medical records for any acute, chronic, or recurring conditions being treated, as well as all mental health or substance dependency assessments and records of treatment provided by another facility, psychiatrist, psychologist, or counselor. You’ll also need to bring your insurance card(s), medications, toiletries, clothing, and any spending money you may need for essentials or shopping excursions. You won’t need to worry about food or transportation while here. If you bring a cellphone, it will be checked in and restricted to use during specified times only. You will not be allowed to bring any valuables, electronics, or pocketknives/weapons.
Outpatient Drug & Alcohol Rehab Program
Studies indicate individuals overcoming addictions are more likely to remain sober for the long-term the longer they stay in a supervised rehab program. In recognition of this, we offer ongoing treatment and support in the form of partial hospitalization/outpatient drug and alcohol rehab programs. Through our affiliation with the Wyoming Medical Center, we’re able to offer partial hospitalization/outpatient care that may include individual and group therapy, psychiatric care, medical check-ups, and more.
For patients who continue to live at home and maintain the ability to work, we provide nine or more hours of group and individual therapy weekly. This step can be an entry into treatment or a transition from our residential/inpatient care. We offer weekly group sessions for patients who are becoming accustomed to living a drug-free lifestyle. Wyoming Recovery’s physicians also see patients on an outpatient basis to evaluate their ongoing needs for medications and/or psychiatric care.
